Student printers are located on the 3rd floor of the Library just off of the Gould Reading Room in room MTH374. Printers are available 24/7. After 4:30 p.m. and on weekends, students can access the printers by using their Cornell Student ID card. After-hour access is restricted to law students only.
There is one black and white printer and one color printer. The printers are maintained and supported by Cornell University’s CU Print department. At the start of each semester, each Law School student is credited with 500 pages for printing. Students who exceed the 500 page allotment will need to purchase additional pages to continue printing. Staplers and hole punches are provided for student use. Staple supplies are left out. Printer setup instructions for students can be found here.
Also available are two LexisNexis printers and one WestLaw printer that are maintained by the Law Library and a student representative. For toner, paper, and technical questions regarding the LexusNexis and WestLaw printers, please speak with the student representative.
To report technical issues with printers please contact the Help Desk or call 255-5500. The Cornell Help Desk is open 8am-6pm (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday and closed on the weekends.
