1210 – 1300 Panel #1 Service to Suit: How to Translate Military Service Skills to the Legal Profession
Transitioning from military service to a legal career can feel challenging, but the skills one develops during their time service—discipline, professionalism, and leadership—are highly valued by employers. The key is learning how to effectively market those skills. This panel will help veterans understand how to translate military experiences into assets that resonate with employers, while also identifying the traits they seek when building strong teams.
1310 – 1400 Panel#2 OPERATION OCI: Navigating the Job Recruitment Process
While submitting more applications can increase sometimes increase one’s chances of securing a job, it’s crucial to be deliberate about where one focuses their efforts—especially with timelines shifting earlier each year. This panel will guide 1Ls in balancing the demands of legal education while making thoughtful, informed decisions about their employment prospects. Learn how to prioritize your job search strategically, in order to find the best fit for your time and energy.

Third Round 1545 – 1630
Sessions will take place in 30-minute increments, where 20-minutes will be devoted to the interview and 10-minutes will be reserved for feedback.
