Advisory Council Members

The Cornell Law School Advisory Council brings together invited alumni and friends of the Law School. We strive to keep each member informed about the state of the school, and to receive advice and counsel with the following functions in mind:

EDUCATION – Faculty, students, and administrators, respectively, offer presentations on issues that are salient at the Law School.

INTERACTION – The Council has opportunities to meet with members of the faculty and students in settings that promote a free flow of information among all participants.

CRITICAL COMMENT AND INPUT – The Dean, faculty, and administrators specifically seek advice and guidance during Advisory Council meetings and throughout the year with regard to salient matters. We also seek counsel on the entire array of programs and activities in which the Law School is, or should be, involved. These areas include admissions, alumni and development, curriculum, hiring, and placement of recent graduates.
