HOUSING FOR REUNION 2025

Blocks of rooms will be available for Reunion weekend at several Ithaca area hotels. Additional information and a list of Hotel Blocks will be posted here soon – check back for updates.

Campus dorm reservations will also be available in Sheldon Court and can be reserved when you register for Reunion.  Hughes Hall has been renovated and is no longer available for Reunion housing.

DRESS GUIDELINES

Dress throughout Reunion Weekend is casual. Many participants do, however, enjoy dressing somewhat more formally (e.g., jackets for gentlemen) at the Friday evening Class Dinners and the Saturday evening All-Class gathering. An umbrella in Ithaca is always a prudent precaution, and comfortable walking shoes are advised.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

With advance notice, we are happy to work with caterers to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please note any requested accommodations on your registration form or contact the Alumni Affairs Office at (607) 255-5251.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

During Reunion weekend, you can park in the parking lots behind Myron Taylor Hall, however parking is based on a first come, first served basis so please be aware you may not be able to find one of these “prime” spots depending on your arrival time. Please do not park in Handicapped or Loading Zones without the proper permits.

Guests who have reserved a dorm room may pull up into one of the spaces designated for guests staying at Sheldon Court (420 College Ave, Ithaca, NY 14850) to drop luggage off. You will not be able to leave your vehicle parked in this area while you check in. Parking is available in the attached municipal parking lot for an hourly fee, or at metered spots on the street. Street parking in most of Collegetown is free after 6 p.m. weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Free parking is also available in the Cornell parking lot on Williams Street, down the hill, west of Sheldon Court.
