Summer Associate Hub – Free Resource for 1Ls:

Summer Associate Hub is a free content and resource hub for 1Ls to prepare for the 1L/2L recruiting process. The platform includes easy, digestible, and engaging video, interactive, and written content to help students learn about BigLaw practice areas and prepare for the recruiting process. Summer Associate Hub also offers live virtual programs with firms throughout the school year and is planning an in-person job fair this summer. You can sign up for content/updates for free here.

Recruiting Events

2L Resume Collect – Closes Friday, January 9th

This resume collect is intended to connect 1Ls with employers as they apply to 2L summer positions.  We anticipate that Cornell Law School grades will be released in the week of January 5th, so this will be the first opportunity to obtain updated resumes with first-semester grades.  Employer registration for the 2L Resume Collect closes December 19, 2025.

Registration is free and open now in Symplicity.

2L Virtual OCI – February 16th & 17th

Our Virtual OCI program has been moved to February in order to provide employers an opportunity to connect with Cornell students who are still seeking at that point. The program will be conducted virtually through FloRecruit.  Employer registration for the 2L Virtual OCI closes January 12, 2026.
