Student Use Bulletin Board Instructions
- Flyers/notices must be approved and stamped by DOS Office.
- Please refer to the Cornell University Expressive Activity Policy for guidelines. https://policy.cornell.edu/policy-library/expressive-activity-policy#postering
- Must be relevant to an active event or announcement
- Identifying a sponsoring organization is not required but is recommended. Sponsors must be Cornell community members (no third-party solicitation)
- Please limit to 8.5”x11” due to limited space.
- Only one poster per event/initiative (duplicates will be removed).
- Posters must be removed right after the event or expiration date
- Unauthorized/expired posters may be removed without notice
- Must include event date or posting date on the front or back of poster (posters will be removed after 14 days or after advertised event date)
